Annalise Clark

Annalise Clark (they/them) is an avid reader and book reviewer with a passion for all things literary. Born and raised in a small town in the Southeast United States, Annalise developed a love of reading at a young age and has been devouring books ever since.

In addition to their work as a book reviewer, Annalise is an active member of several book clubs and literary groups, where they enjoy engaging in lively discussions about the latest books and sharing recommendations with fellow book lovers.

When they’re not reading or writing about books, Annalise can be found exploring the outdoors, binging their favorite paranormal shows, or spending time with their family and friends. With a deep love of literature and a dedication to promoting the written word, Annalise emphasizes Indie authors and marginalized authors (BIPOC, LGBTQ, disabled, etc.) in their book recommendations and reviews.

As an author and content marketer/copywriter, I’ve worked on both sides of the coin. I know how hard it is to get your book noticed and I also understand how the marketing world works. I combine both of my loves and over 20 years of experience to help indie authors showcase their books.

As a fellow lover of books, it is my goal to tell you about great books you won’t easily find elsewhere. I love diving into the indie and self-publishing world, and especially love highlighting books from marginalized communities. The indie publishing world is full of many beautiful hidden gems.
