Crystal Witchcraft for Beginners – Book Review

Book 1 of 2: The Crystal Witch Compendiums
I’ve been a huge fan of crystals since I was a child and fell in love with rocks. I’ve been into witchcraft and crystal healing for most of my adult life. And that is why I was very excited to get a review copy of this book to read and tell you about: Crystal Witchcraft for Beginners: A 5-Step Guide to Cast Spells, Harness the Power of Healing Stones and Crystals by Estelle A. Harper.
This book delivers insightful information in a clear and accessible manner, suitable for both newcomers and long-time practitioners of witchcraft. It’s full of great history and valuable information and the writing is clear, concise, and easy to understand, even if you’re new to the concepts.
This book is exceptional in that Harper manages to make a seemingly daunting subject seem approachable. The book’s format, in particular the 5-step method for casting crystal spells, aids in simplifying potentially difficult practices into digestible chunks. Her approachable tone provides just what novices need—a sense of encouragement and guidance throughout the process.
The book offers helpful information about 34 must-have crystals in addition to delving into the history of witchcraft and the timeless power of crystals. Harper covers every angle—pun intended—from cleaning and programming stones to using them for protection and healing. She addressed the emotional and spiritual part of witchcraft in addition to its practical components, which I found to be quite helpful. This makes her a great resource for anyone who is sensitive to outside influences.
What I particularly appreciated about this book is how Estelle Harper stresses the use of crystals for healing and self-growth, integrating old witchcraft methods with modern-day spirituality. Many readers will find this blend’s holistic approach inspiring. The book contains rituals and spells that are simple to follow and apply in everyday life because they are discussed in detail. Harper also offers insightful advice on how to select, clear, and maintain your crystals so that readers may not only work with them efficiently but also develop a strong bond with these potent stones.
The chakras segment was really beneficial, in my opinion, especially for people who are new to working with energy and crystal healing. Harper provides additional personalization to the exercise by offering advice on which crystals to use for particular conditions and how to connect them with your wishes. This adds to the ritual’s magical feeling.
To sum it up, Crystal Witchcraft for Beginners is a great resource for learning about crystal healing and witchcraft. It’s perfect for beginners, but even those who already have some knowledge and experience (like myself) can appreciate it. It’d be a wonderful gift idea for anyone looking to get into these practices, or even for a seasoned practitioner.
It will make a perfect addition to any witch’s library and I am so happy I had the opportunity to read it and tell you about it. It’s five stars from me.
Highly recommended!
