What do you think readers will love about your books?

I believe readers will appreciate the combination of humanistic perspectives and concrete analysis. My book explores how humanistic leadership can transform complex industries like energy, providing practical insights and an optimistic vision.

Are you currently working on any new books or writing projects?

Like Joyce’s Ulysses, I document my experiences every day, capturing thoughts and reflections in a continuous stream. I don’t yet know if this flow will one day become a book, but it’s an exploration of ideas and moments that shape my perspective. For now, it’s an exercise in self-awareness and creativity.

One of my favorite authors is Albert Camus, particularly The Myth of Sisyphus. I find his exploration of absurdity and human resilience inspiring, concepts I also find useful in leadership.
