Many Mansions by Alexis Soleil

I received a review copy of this book from one of my favorite indie authors and I am really excited to tell you more about it and where you can get it. Many Mansions is currently available in ebook format from Google Play. It will be available on other retailers in spring of 2024. You can also follow the author on Tiktok to stay up to date on all of her books and releases.

Many Mansions is all about a successful real estate tycoon who reunites with his long-lost brother who’s homeless and lives under the New York subway system. It’s really a compelling and unique idea for a book that brings all the drama, heart, and action you can expect.

Moses and his fraternal twin brother, Isaac, dreamt of entering real estate as kids. They loved watching beautiful homes on TV, social media, in magazines, and in real-time. During their childhood, Moses and Isaac were close because they were twins, and also because Isaac was albino, and Moses always came to his brother’s defense from the cruel people who judged him.

But as they grew into teenagers, things would happen that would tear at the brothers’ bond. Moses had popularity, good grades, parental favoritism, and the attention of girls, while Isaac did not. For high school graduation, their parents got Moses a new car, but gave Isaac a small amount of cash instead.

All the focus and favoritism on his brother, Isaac couldn’t take it anymore and ran away from home, to never return. The brothers lost touch. Moses, still on the fast track in life, went on to fulfill all of his dreams, even the dreams he had originally intended to reach with his twin.

But fate – or life – would bring them back together in a chance meeting. Moses and his wife were shopping and saw a homeless man struggling to pay for his things. When they step up to offer him help, Moses realizes it is his long lost brother, Isaac.

The reunion is not instantly as beautiful as one might hope, but they find some common ground and eventually find their path to a happy ending. You’ll need to read Many Mansions to see how it all plays out, because I don’t want to spoil it for you, but it’s absolutely worth it!

Another great read from Alexis Soleil.

About the Author

Alexis Soleil has been writing for over three decades and has written two earlier books, “From the Other Side of the Tracks” and “Irate”. Her third book, “Many Mansions” takes a look at sibling rivalries, being treated differently, and homeless in America. She wants readers to get a feel for the characters, settings, and tone of her tales. Alexis usually writes romances, but once in a while she will come up with something a little different.
