I have long been aware of the power of gratitude and how lifechanging it can be. Years ago, I had a coach work with me to learn to intentionally practice gratitude daily and it really changed how I thought about everything. I began a gratitude journal as a way to start this daily practice and I began to feel so much happier in all areas of my life once I did.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s so easy to get caught up in all the hustle and bustle and forgot to slow down and be grateful for what you have. We are surrounded by a culture that pushes more, more, more! And this makes it easy to start thinking about what you lack, instead of what you already have.

When I saw this book, I was very excited to read it and it did not disappoint. It’s short and sweet, but it’s packed with so much amazing valuable information. It’s great for anyone who is new to this concept of the power of gratitude, but even if you’ve already been taught the basics (like me), I still think you will appreciate this book.
